I was feeling bored, so I asked Petra if I could come along for a shopping day. She found that a great idea, so into the car we went and the Spotted Hyena drove to the market area of the city. When we arrived at the supermarket, and Petra had collected everything she needed for her housekeeping, she let me take her to a very special lane of the shop -- the diaper aisle.

''Go on, sweetheart, you get to pick a pack to take home,'' Petra said when we walked across all the differently-colored packages, ''Hey, let's do something out of our comfort zone -- you may choose three packs. How about that''. I kissed her and started looking for diapers or nappy pants in my size, and I found three packs of Size 8 nappy pants diapers: ''Oooh, Petra! I think these ones will feel nice! I'd like to buy those, I'd like to buy those! C-Can we buy them?''. Petra saw how enthousiastic I was starting to become, and she chuckled from seeing me this happy. She took the respective packs I pulled from the shelves, and put them in the shopping cart. On to the cashier and then it was time to load the car with our newly-accquired, crinkly, cottony purchases.

I'd really liked having to wear the first diaper during our ride home, but Petra thought it'd be better if I waited until we got there and I would climb onto the changing table -- then I'd be finally able to try them out!
