Twilight Sparkle and Stud Muffin (COMM by consagratum)
(Another commission by consagratum ( https://x.com/consagratum ). This one features my 'MLP: FIM' OC that isn't really an OC (a scrapped character concept from the show, but I already explained that in his character bio), Stud Muffin! It also features him with his girlfriend, Twilight Sparkle (whom is once again taking cues from the design of her from 
Evehly).)
"Heads would inevitably turn upon the citizens of Ponyville seeing an all-powerful alicorn happily walking through the streets of Ponyville, her hand gently held by a rather large and seemingly dopey Earth Pony. Total opposites, they seemed to be, but, if one were to look past the surprising sight and take a closer look, one could see that they were a perfect pair.
It had all started before Twilight became a princess. The day in which her library was in need of repairs and this rather portly but still incredibly powerful Earth Pony walked in to help. In spite of the shenanigans that happened (including a lot of magical artifacts going haywire during her attempts to fix a pre-existing problem happening during that same day), he was always there to lend a hand for the sole reason of...well...he just liked seeing others happy.
So, that first impression went well. As time went on, they would meet many more times. Sometimes, it was just coincidence, but, later, they would start to meet more frequently as they began to enjoy each-other's company. Stud Muffin was enjoying life in Ponyville, so his wandering lifestyle had come to an end, allowing him to settle down and get to know the folks there more, especially the unicorn that had taken a fancy to him.
Physically, she was already fond of him. To her, he truly lived up to the first part of his name with his build. However, it was his heart that drew her closer to him. Even if he didn't understand half the things she rambled about, he would always listen and do his best. In return, she would help him stand up for himself more often.
Stud Muffin already enjoyed having a true friend in her...and, later, he treasured the moments in which she would lean against his larger form, her hand atop his own. It wouldn't be long until the two shared their first romantic (if a bit awkward) kiss. Indeed, the start of their relationship was filled with comedic fumbles, given that this was their first relationship, but they always got through it!
Even after Twilight became a princess, nothing changed between them. Even after Starfleet came and things went upside down, nothing changed between them. Much like her friends and family, Stud Muffin was a source of comfort and warmth. A light in the darkness. Likewise, as everything became so much more stressful, Stud Muffin found love and kindness in Twilight's arms.
A pity things went wrong later on. So horribly wrong...but, perhaps, there might be hope that, someday, these two will reunite."
