I've actually looked into it and HEISEI probably doesn't use AI due to like it's code and what it does (doing VHS filtering can be achieved in different ways and using AI is the stupidest one, like trying to cook meat by slapping it very fast, so it's reasonable to assume that the site creator used something else) but I'd still avoid putting art in there just in case
