A few details from the list above

Description and Disclaimer:

Materials Charge* This fee will be applied when a piece is expected to require more art supplies than usual. This applies, for example, to a character or background that will need many different colours, or to anything that involves a frame or a lot of inking. This is to help me support and sustain my work and materials.

Complexity Charge* This will be applied for characters or subjects with complicated designs or elements like wings, tattoos, stripes, mechanical pieces or clockwork, etc.

Additional Changes* Normally, I will be in contact with you and expect up to 2 or 3 changes in the various stages of the process. However, if this starts going overboard, I may apply this charge in order to be fair to my work and my time on the project.

Further Changes* I do not expect to use this fee, but if, after being charged the option above, and the client and I are still chasing that perfect outcome, I may charge this fee in order to balance the additional workload and time investment. It’s really a way for the client to have more options.

Note that all percentages in GREEN are applied on top of the final price, for example: Final price + 35% (10%+5%+20%)
Only the percentages in YELLOW are applied on top of the adjusted price, as they are a cost that pops up during production.
