If your curious why, it’s because in the Japanese dub of Pokopia, bulbasaur talks like a gyaru, and Venusaur uses “Ara Ara”

i have some suggestions then.

for Wartortle/Blastoise: small silver hoop earrings and black choker with sapphire pendant, Wartortle form has two piece bikini and short shorts with silver band on right bicep, giving a boardwalk/ beach girl vibe.
Blastoise has blue leather loincloth with silver edges and two side cloths attached to brown belt with silver studs breasts are supported by metal cups that wrap around back with no connector in front.
she has two sets of silver hoop earrings and blue eyeshadow, tribal tattoos on arms and legs, and the water cannons are carved in the shape of Chinese dragons.
