(Pronounced "rail-tah door-hah," literally "dark star" in Irish Gaelic.)
I got laid off November 2024 without any warning whatsoever. I finally started a new job March of this year. It was a rough fifteen and a half months. Though I had so much "free time," almost none of it was restful. I could not get myself to work on hobby projects. I could not relax. The best I could do was engross myself in a video game.
Towards the end of 2025, I finally had to come to terms with the fact that Kal Woodside (the werewolf cat) is no longer my main OC. And this fella sort of developed from that. I'm unsure if it was related to the unemployment. Correlation, causation. Who knows.
But I'm comfortable being a wickerbeast now. And also quite openly a therian again, after rejecting the label for over a decade.
Not sure why I'm exposing this in an art description. But who knows. Maybe it makes sense. Somehow.
