In the belly of Lamina Castle, the capitol of the Kingdom of Spades, Slipshot's favourite pastime is torturing the humans transformed into pigs, goats, and donkeys due to his resentment towards them. Most of his sentences include spankings, tickle treatment, laxative meals, and his personal favourite, lowering them in a cage into a pit of stinky diapers. He gleefully pulls the level to lower the cage as the poor 22nd goat prisoner this year is about to come to a stinky end.

If King Marshall had his way, he would free all those prisoners from Slipshot's dungeon and severely punish Slipshot by giving him a taste of his own medicine and let him to rot in the stinky diaper pit.
But unfortunately, King Marshall has no control in the Spade Kingdom so there's nothing that he could do, though he along with Queen Custard Pie are convincing the Hearts and Clubs kings about dethroning King Virax and his ilk in previous royal meetings.

Unfortunately none of the other kingdoms have any jurisdiction over the Spade Kingdom, however they can threaten to cut ties and trade with them or do some prisoner exchanges. Meanwhile King Virax cannot directly attack or conquer the other kingdoms due to the pact he signed.
While Slipshot tortures transformed human prisoners, he does get along with the authorities of the Club Kingdom.
