In many parts of the world eating raw fish is treated as an artform, but in many parts of the United States we just eat tuna from a can with some crackers.
This started last year as a birthday gift to me from Bittenhard (the left side of the image featuring Mango), but I paid him to add in the right side for the silliness.

Victor's story is largely ad-hoc, he gets story when he needs it. Core pillars are that he's got a massive fetish for married/taken women, is married to a woman (Mint, owned by Bittenhard). Open marriage. He now has a second wife, Mango (also belongs to Bittenhard), maintains open marriage. Mango was not in the picture when I was developing past art/stories. Me and Bittenhard are steering Victor in whatever direction we think is hot at the time.
