Bora is a 28 year old dragon unicorn hybrid living in the sonic world. At times he does like exploring sacred, secret, hidden, or otherwise unknown areas (of the sonic world). His power set starts similarly to Whirlwind's powers (making clouds, rainbows, things like that) and working to use those his own way, on top of that he has magic along with the elements of ice and wind. He can use items. He hasn't joined the racing scene but has watched it.
