Cephas is a 29 year old tyranitar living in the sonic world. He's the "older sibling" of dipti. He's taller than Vector. He has the powers of a tyranitar. He can use items. While capable of mega evolving, he doesn't like that form (and rather prefers dynamaxing where possible). He enjoys the kart racing scene (infact being a power type). When he believes dipti is taking things further than necessary, he may use sandstorm out of spite.
