For a bear bigger than ever, Manning sure is as quick and quiet as a ninja! Don't want to be caught by his professional underlings in what amounts to wearing only underwear! He's their boss and as such must maintain his dignified professional reputation - one look at him like this and he'll be ruined! His newly big bare muscles would certainly inhibit productivity in the workplace by being a heated distraction! (And that bulge under his posing trunks certainly won't help any...)
Seeing Dr. Agon on the scene has me feeling worried, even if Manning doesn't know of the former's involvement in Brunder's escape (yet). But just seeing the look in Manning's eye as he gazes in the reptilian researcher's direction makes me think about what he would do if he ever wised up to Agon being the "traitor". For me, the fates of Mike and Dennis come to mind...
