Just so you know, I really have been trying to be on my best behavior lately. Friendly, congenial, "service with a smile," all that. You can have the best assistant in the world greeting the customers when they walk in but the proprietor of the business still needs to make himself approachable, no?

I don't understand how Sully... holds his face, like this, for hours on end, without being seized by visions of flying laser death robot mutant killer androids incinerating everything in sight and... excuse me. The thought just sort of snuck in there. Just a brain fart. Never you mind.

Maybe Sully's made of sterner stuff than I thought. Or maybe—
