Dell is a 28 year old deerling (fall form) and Z-Metal Tank hybrid living in the sonic world. At times, she checks places like Donpa Factory (checking if defense or security is needed). Her becoming a hybrid was NOT a natural occurrence (i.e. she started as a normal deerling), in a sense she was intended to be an experimental super soldier. She has the powers of a deerling and z metal tank. She can use items. Since becoming a hybrid (and getting used to her new "normal"), she's made a habit of using her Z-Metal Tank wheels as skates (they do allow her to scale walls and adhere to ceilings if desired).

Her name comes from the computer/laptop company and operating system.
