Rajani is a 28 year old umbreon and mecha phantom beast blue impala hybrid living in the sonic world. Admittedly, he's larger than average (smaller than a normal plane, definitely larger than a normal umbreon by a fairly wide margin). He woke up on a base on metal harbor (also around the time as dell). He has the powers of an umbreon and a mecha phantom beast blue impala. He can use items. Technically speaking he might be able to manage his size (down to the size of an xxl umbreon in height). He can retract the wings...though it can be a bit awkward to do at times. He can make projections from various angles and sizes (sometimes requiring the full scope of the device used for it..or pulling out the device), sometimes he can use this in petty ways. He's not limited to projecting duplicates of himself, as long as it can be scaled as needed (some structures requiring the extra information to recreate appropriately). He prefers watching the racing events rather than participating himself.
