A character I came up with that I'm planning to use for a story I want to write.

Bunloon is a 1 ft tall rubber balloon bunny. Her latex skin is mostly white with a somewhat pinkish sheen. Normally, she gets around by hopping on her two stubby little rubber feet. But went around her peers, floats around at head level to avoid being looked down upon.

Bunloons' body is incredibly soft to the touch with the texture and tackiness of ordinary latex, and has a marshmallow give to it that makes her feel like a bubble. She’s like an inflatable plush toy, she does not enjoy being touched however.

Headstrong and bratty, Bunloon takes her role with a grain of salt, usually following orders to the letter, but not often without complaint.

Despite her size, Bunloon is a capable asset, agile, cunning, stealthy, and clever, always taking time to think her plans through before executing them.
She also has the ability to manifest and manipulate balloons from her lips like bubbles

She can control their trajectory, shape, size, and properties, making them as taut as latex, or make them sticky and adhesive as bubblegum.

Bunloon’s bubble powers are quite unique among other balloon women, unfortunately her powers are quite weak. However, this wasn't always the case, and she didn't always look like a balloon plush.

Some time ago, she was known as the QueenBunloon. A bossy diva who lived up to her name, being large and in charge. Nearly 7 ft tall, her body was that of a voluptuous woman, with a rather voluminous chest that she reveled in showing off, wide wobbling hips that she could sway when she walked, and a slightly chubby but cute belly that made her look quite cuddly. Using her brilliant planning skills, she put together the organization she now does grunt work for. And first, her goals were quite simple, living like a queen, and creating other inflatable women and creatures to serve her and her fashion business. Ruling over her mansion with the style of a diva and the ego of a CEO. But beyond her lifestyle, her ambitions never went too far. Although she was never actually a queen, she wore the title like a nickname, since she lived like one. Bunloon was the most powerful being on her planet, she had the ability to manipulate the balloons from their shape to their size, and even create other inflatable beings by incubating them within giant water balloons.

What led to her downfall was her pride and ego, and now she wore it all on her sleeve. One day, her three right-hand women decided to overthrow her. Using their ingenuity, they created a balloon sleeper pod, and told Bunloon that it would use her power to manifest new balloon women for her. Since it usually took at least a few hours to manifest new balloon beings, having to create an inflatable egg and only being able to make one at a time, she loved the idea.

However, once she was put into the pod, it locked her in, and instead of copying her powers, they were stolen from her. And by the time she was let out of the pod, she was a fraction of her original size.

Reduced to the form of a cartoon bunny, her powers have been severely weakened, leaving her at the mercy of her former employees. When attempting to punish her three right-hand women, they simply shrugged off her much weaker bubbles. The rubber was so weak they could pop them with a flick. Her bubbles could still stick, but not enough to adhere to latex skin. And even their strength had decreased, making it impossible for Bunloons balloons to overpower them.

Left as just a weak plush toy, she was given a choice to be locked away and put on display in a bubble, or to work for them as a grunt. Left with no other choice, her organization was now run by her former employees.

With their diva-like boss out of the way, they ran her organization with much bigger ambition, using the pod imbued with her powers to create an army of balloon women and take over their inflatable world. However, they made a major miscalculation. Even though the pod had stolen her powers, it had no way to sustain it, running out of energy quickly. And with that, things quickly went back to normal, simply creating inflatable clothing lines to keep the organization running.

Being the runt of the rubber squad, Bunloon mostly just does the grunt work pushed upon her by her peers. Even though she despises her new form, she can play up her cuteness if necessary and masks her frustration with an adorable smile to stay on good terms with her new superiors.

But deep down, she’s always plotting, scheming, and looking for the first opportunity you can get to take back her throne.

But soon, luck would shine on her, as she overheard plans from her former right-hand woman to construct a portal and kidnap a balloon-loving human from Earth, and use that human’s pleasure to power the pod.

However, unknown to the three women, a balloon-loving human is also exactly what Bunloon needs to restore her original form.
