Wasis is a year old psychic rover (or simply a human) living in the mario world. He and Alora work together. Unlike mario and yoshi, he won't sacrifice Alora for extra height, if anything he'll give her more height. He has the powers of a psychic rover. He can use items and power ups of the mario world. He does enjoy the events of the mario world (kart racing and sports for the most part).
