Decided to base this redeemed image off of another one where I drew Rotteen blown up like a balloon after she mixed the blue and yellow potion together. Apparently, the potions seem to still be making her expand, as Darius Halley explains to Truxton why they have to carry her around with strings tied to her trousers now.

I envision this as one of the first kind of "episodes" of the LapFox Trax cast exploring the world of Street Soul, because Rotteen has yet to find inflation satisfying and this might be one of the first times it has happened to her, though the potions came from the labs down at LapFox and not from Street Soul. Very glad to have finally drawn this thing!
