What I like best about this is that you probably just had tons of fun with this in just going along with whatever and drawing whatever was in your mind at that time, fully aware of what you're doing.
Such sketches as those really make me love what I do, and really make me enjoy my work so much more because then I do so much better when I just draw what I think about, or don't even think at all and let my arm do all the working.
Your cityscape is stunning. I bet you liked going nuts with the textures and effects such as opacity or lighting effects. I don't know why but did you use Painter XI for this? Because it looks like you used brushes from it.
