100% felt this on Saturday. Wasted my pretty much only day off trying to accomplish something and just failed at it for hours. Finally have it somewhat figured out, but too late in the day, and seeing the very minimum progress you made feels crappy. Then, of course, the same thoughts that can do amazing things, like encouragement or give excitement, turn on you. Now it just tells you that you are a failure, worthless, or just a waste of time for the rest of the night, and well, like the stunning piece, makes you feel like you are drowning.
