this is chronos, a kaiju size mewtwo "mad" scientist. and his right hand enforcer, a mahop named "bolker"


chronos, through a machine he built to reach new heights of power, is responsible for his and bolkers massive increases in their power.

chronos is 300 ft and his telekinesis is so powerful it could rip the earth apart if he wants to.

meanwhile bolker poses 12X times the strength of a machamp. and chronos made him a suit to control all that muscle at will.


with his new height and power, chronos took over the city he made home, and turned it into a futuristic paradise, where want and need are near non existance. and while the rules are enforced heavily there, unlike rodians takeover, chronos has a full normal judicial system to handle punishments, and only comes out to deal with these bigger problems, as he would rather spend time inventing and doing science in his custom underground lab than chasing rebels.
