A former teacher at Dormire High in The Abyss, son of Tsukasa and Kagome, Mr. Bellemire is the one who instructed the next generation in both Alchemy and Runesmithing. He is very youthful dragon, or very ancient depending on your perspective due to the nature of The Abyss. Mr. Bellemire tends to be shy at first before becoming very involved with his students. His teaching methods have earned him the respect of his peers, despite Belnades (one of the Heroes of Dormire) finding him too innocent and gentle to be a true dragon.

Regardless, the two of them are close friends, both practitioners in the art. The coat Mr. Bellemire wears is proof of their friendship, an artifact and product of their trade as well as being one of Dormire's Great Many Things.
