I was kinda just thinking this afternoon about what Rykie would look like in the style of American Dragon: Jake Long, since I've been a fan of Jake for ever...

so I cranked this out on a whim. Ain't she a cute?

Again thinking of big tailfins. It isn't going to be a thing on regular anthro Rykela, elder drgn form excepted, but alt forms like her feral self will probably have it. Also kinda went nuts with one of the airbrushes, but that's because I always thought Rykela's fin stripes had choppy borders to their striping anyway.

I dunno, I had fun drawing this :)
