Regardless of who we are or how much we change ourselves, we must remember that while our past may not define us, it is STILL a part of who we are. Lunara is one such case as, in her current state she is a stay-at-home mom and the matriarch of a not just her daughters but the found family of both Mamori and Orion. However, Lunara’s current position wasn’t always the case; as prior to becoming a mother, she was a professor ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/21071449/ )! Yes, Lunara was once a college professor having earned all of the credentials and certifications needed to become an educator; making use of the dedication she had when helping her sisters with their homework when she was still in school. It was because of this that Lunara was able to teach and work alongside her best friend Alexandria and even meet and befriend the likes of Pepper. Lunara even utilized the knowledge she earned to homeschool her daughters and help them with their schoolwork when they joined school proper. Since becoming a stay-at-home mom, Lunara has done very little with her credentials aside from helping her household with the occasional academic question or refresher; and although her expertise might be a bit rusty, her teaching instinct is still sharp. Lunara still expresses a fond reminiscence of her old teaching days such as making a few close friends, her initial graduation celebrated by her sisters and parents, and even when she met her late fiancée. If she wanted to, Lunara could potentially renew her teaching license and go back to teaching as a professor. She would undoubtedly do well in the field given her past experience but would need to sharpen her skills a bit to make sure she is truly up to the task. Similar to Pepper, Lunara would become a favorite educator for a lot of students given her charm and dedication! Only fate would be able to tell if Lunara would step back into such a position again!
