Watercolors sketch based on a photo taken during my trip to Venice. I want to start making these kind of studies, I have some plans in mind about this, I want to improve backgrounds and light composition, and definitely would love to do it live. This is adorable and actually hit close to home: I was born and raised in the near Lido di Venezia and last Fall I had to say goodbye to my childhood home there, which was sold by my half-brother. It's things like this watercolor that remind me that Venezia will always be in my heart no matter what.
