Here's the first couple steps of my School project. As you can here, there's not much variation in the song, mostly patterns. I'll mixing around and altering the patterns to make more complex but I thought I'd share what I'v done so far.
Also I used a few mastering programs if you can tell =)

I wanted a crunchy sound to it like a scene where the protagonist attacks a enemy base or something.
Like it so far? I got a couple of mastering plugins, I think it made it sound really clear and gave some weight to the piece. Hope I can deliver on the finished mix ^_^ *hugs*

Thx Woofle! I aimed for something metallic and highly technological and yeah the drums coming in meant something just started a big battle! It's my first mix so I still am working on it but I'm really happy you like it so far! I consider your musical opinion highly from your great skills ^^
