Keeping tabs on the cosmos of various multiverses is a strict and strenuous job already for the Cosmic Gardener's role without random mortals accidentally finding unstable tears into other dimensions. Far be it for him to want to have to keep dealing with such incidents to bring to his superiors, especially because the gods above even HIS station are so strict and throw out punishments handidly. Honestly its far easier to remove some with just an obliterating step swiftly instead of the usual escorting methods. Taking such a risk of one of the supreme elder gods finding out about such a breach in the span of time can be too risky.
