Hi... not really sure how to start this (・・;)
I've been gone for about a year now
and honestly, I thought about posting so many times... but kept putting it of
It's been a pretty rough period for me
At some point I just felt lost, burned out, a bit depressed (｡•́︿•̀｡)
and I kind of stopped seeing a future for myself
Especially with how fast everything's been changing because of AI
At some point it started to feel like maybe I'm just... not neede anymore
So I stepped aay for a while
tried defferent things, explored some adjacent areas
I guess, I just tried not to stay stuck
not sure how many of you are still here
but I really hope you're doing okay

I’d say real artists are even more important now with AI, and there will always be people who appreciate art created by real people.
Though, it will not be an easy path.
Whatever path you take, just keep moving forward and try to do what’s best for yourself.

Hope you'll be alright. AI will never replace real artists like you. Even if this AI gimmick doesn't go away, there'll always be those like us who'll appreciate the love and soul that gets put into every genuine art piece that gets posted. Just like someone said, hope you do what's best for yourself and will feel better. *hug* uwu
There will always be need for real artists even if AI is dominant. Tho these days mamy of the AI things start to die out as amy major technology new thing. There will be those that remain as with any technology but real artist will still be necessary.
If not just for the authenticity it be for specificality as AI will never trully makes what one wants. Also it is not copyrightable so real people will be needed even from legal standpoint.
Your art is unique and good, looking for different things is important as to have many doors in hallway of life, but you will always find people wanting your work with your talents.

Art is a beautiful outlet to connect with others. Let those fools pay for ai generated images while you experience reality with others that care. I still post knowing that, even though a lot of people hate me, even though I may never interact with the people that do like my work, I'm making someone feel something. Don't let emotions die because the internet says ai is scary. If anything, do art like it's a coloring book for the sake of just relaxing and focusing on creativity, that's how I roll anyway.

personally found a better job at a huge company that pays way better than the garbage i worked for in the past and moved to a place where other people go on vacation (or at least day trips haha)
i do have to say: your art can't be replaced by AI or anyone else, it's your style and your experience that makes it special (and i personally still love looking at the piece i got from you ^w^)
