VIDEO: Sam Valentino's Cartoon Commentary ("Mister Do-All")
The foxy private toon detective comments and reacts on another classic cartoon short, but one that's currently "lost" in its original 1920s silent form and only exist online as an inferior redrawn-colorized version from the 1970s, complete with contemporary music added: Pat Sullivan's Felix the Cat in "Jack From All Trade" (1927), redrawn and colorized for Radio & Television Packagers' "When Funnies Were Funny" syndicated TV package as "Mister Do-All" (1973). Sam can't help but find some of the added background music pretty groovy, and they also got Felix's color right for once!
