Lydia's day job is usually spent donning clothes for modeling agencies. Her Harbinger responsibilities, though frequent enough to need accommodations for, aren't an every day or even an every month occurrence. Thus, in slow times between modeling jobs or while waiting for the next time the people of her country need her helping hand, she'll take odd jobs along the Florida coastline to keep in shape. That normally ends up working at a handful of highly-trafficked ports on either side of the panhandle, moving ships to their destination to supplement the fleet of tugboats.

For this, she's been apt to wear her regular Harbinger's uniform. She doesn't mind it per se, but strongly believed the uniform should only really be used for emergencies. But between that and being completely naked - something her 'customers', and the papparazzi, would go absolutely rabid for - it was clear which one she preferred. She was proud of her body, but not to the point of being shameless. There are children present, after all.

So imagine her surprise when a fashion company she often modeled for approached her to try out some unique new clothes. Turns out, they heard about what she did during her off-time and got in contact with the Harbinger Corps. Together, they fashioned for her a tank top and pants modeled after her Harbinger uniform that she could wear at scale. The lower wear even retained a couple of the belts she found so handy, and 'borrowed' some of her usual equipment to give them a try over the following week at a drydock.

It didn't take her long for her to show off to the observers in the helicopter that even larger cargo ships were no trouble for her.

Being a giantess-on-demand makes a lot of physical work so much easier. And being one of two aquatic Harbingers, Lydia has plenty of opportunities to stay in shape and perform a great public service at the same time. Like a Rosie the Riveter except she can speak Spanish.

Alternatively: if I had a nickel for every time one of my OCs was a macro talking to a helicopter, I'd have two nickels... which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it's happened twice...
