A week has nearly passed since the 2026 Easter event in the Dandy's World game began on 20 March. To commemorate this event which I'm able to participate in since I'm using a much more stable laptop with no performance regressions (eg input delays, random freezes and framerate drops) unlike my old Microslop Windows 11 laptop, I've made pixel art sprites for the Easter Toons from the game: Eggson, Flyte, Cocoa and Bassie. Personally, I do think that this holiday event in Dandy's World has the best roster of Toons here: Eggson can use his cane to automatically add completion to each machine once, Flyte can create gusts around the floor and anyone who comes into contact with the gusts will have faster movement speed for a while, Cocoa can spawn Bonbons that increase extraction and movement speeds and Bassie, aside from getting a fourth inventory slot can also drop items from her inventory for other players! Also, the Easter Toons' stats were amazing for the most part. Meanwhile, for the Halloween roster, while their abilities were also amazing in their own ways, Soulvester has the worst stats (1 star movement speed and 1 star stamina, similarly to Shrimpo) that overshadowed his otherwise amazing abilities such as having 1 extra heart and being completely immune from long-ranged attacks. The Christmas roster, while their stats are all alright, had the worst overall abilities, especially Ginger (went from a Cosmo ability ripoff to a Sprout ability ripoff that broke the Toon class balance in the 2025 Christmas event) and Bobette (ability is a ripoff of Connie's except that while hidden she cannot move). And one more thing: Bassie looks so cute and sexy! I'm considering making fanart of her in the future whenever I'm free.
