Old headshot of my protogen. Interesting how i went full cartoony with his design around this time, and later on he became more "mature" and "realistic". Either for better or for worse.
I also attached a very cute description to this piece on my Insta :3

It's important to look back sometimes just to see how far you've come. But it's more important to not get stuck in the past and keep going forward. Keep improving, experimenting, taking leaps of faith, having fun! That's how we all grow.
And you know what's more ridiculous? That this hobby got me out of some real bad depression. Kind of. Not entirely, but it definitely gave me a reason to not give up on life.
I'm sorry for getting sentimental in these descriptions but I just need to let it all out sometimes xdd
Don't even know if anyone reads these, but still it's better to write it down somewhere instead of bottling it up in yourself forever. If someone reads it, good. If not, no big deal.
