We collaborated heavily with Daikanu on this, enough so we'd say the labor on this piece was about a 50/50 split. We both worked on the initial sketch, Dai did the inks, and the colors, glossing, and shading were all us. The shading in particular we felt like we learned a TON; we'd already been pretty solid with colors, but learning how to actually angle a notional light source and highlight was really fun.
