The toxic city has a way of changing people, some even begin to worship the pollution and do their part in spreading it. Since these fanatics live surrounded by much denser pollution than most inhabitants of the toxic city, they wear incredibly dense and protective hazmat gear. Their backs often become hunched over under their heavy protective robes. They carry staves spewing toxic poison to spread the pollution further around.
