And now we've gotten to perhaps my most important character from game media: Utatul-Azeel, MD/CMO, from the truly absurd nightmare of a game that is Space Station 13.

Originating from the desert planet Lizard nomad tribes, Utatul's childhood wasn't particularly easy. One wrong move on one wrong day, and the young reptile was at the bottom of a ravine, his left leg crushed by a rockslide, trapped alone in the dark for days on end. An unusually kind-hearted rescue by a NanoTrasen exploratory team later, and he was suddenly aboard a hospital space station for the first time in his life, being fitted for a prosthetic replacement. And from that point on, he knew his calling - to help others, the same way he had been helped in his hour of need.

Utatul was never what I quite considered as a sona, but people in the community strongly came to associate the bumbling red doctor with me, so maybe he fits that mold somehow. Eventually this culminated in me getting my initial refsheet done for him, and years later it's still one of my favorite arts I've gotten of him, and one of my favorite arts in general. So thankful to ArfieCat for doing an excellent job of drawing up my silly little doctor man.

And while the server that I used to play on is no longer active (RIP Yogstation), its legacy partially lives on with all the ridiculous memories it left lodged in my brainstem, and the character that it allowed me to on-and-off play as for so many years.
