Free, and you already have it...
Go into the Library in SL, and look for "Male Cosplay Coat".
It's Dante from DMC, if you are good, you can either make the sword and straps invisible, or remove them, and then retexture it as you like. The cuffs are from something else, but I'm sure you could easily find something similar elsewhere ^^
