Cedric passively absorbs dream essence from people's dream (without affecting them) and turn that essence into dream clouds they can manipulate, either to make dream constructs, summon phenomena from absorbs dreams or use the clouds as is.
Cedric's pillow familiar is named Dreamboat. They're fully sentient but can't talk. Dreamboat can fly and alter it's size and density, allowing it to carry Cedric and or other people. Dreamboat can also absorb and reflect damage upto a certain threshold and be used as a shield.
