Adopted this little guy from

Sexual orientation: Undecided, he never really thought about that stuff before.
Backstory:
Sunder teleported back to the city where he found King Ker and his people to check up on them. Sunder likes to make sure that everything is going well for them, even with Raakk’s protection around the planet. The people are happy to see him, as the dragon is very friendly and helpful with the city.
There was an excitement in the city today as new discoveries were seen and reported back to the city. The people were talking about seeing a strange colored kobold, who were all thought to be wiped out during the time freeze.
The city used to have a good relationship with the kobold tribes who inhabited the mountain range to the west of the city. During an early exploration, fossils were found of the kobolds, and it was assumed that all of them perished. But scouts reported that a kobold of various colors was spotted around the opening where Sunder was born.
As Sunder arrived, an exploration team was being assembled and King Ker asked Sunder to join in if he had the time to. Sunder was excited to help and ended up teleporting them all over to the area where the Kobold was last seen. An extensive search during the day turned up nothing, but the team were optimistic that they would locate the creature soon.
When they all woke in the morning, the Kobold in question had found their camp and was found sleeping with Sunder, who in his sleep, had spooned the Kobold and was practically enveloping the small lizard.
Sunder was surprised, but not startled. The Kobold still slept soundly in his arms as Sunder got up and gently held his new friend. With a yawn, the Kobold woke up and was happy, yet confused to see Sunder.
“Why…why no big?” the Kobold asked the astral Dragon.
“Hm? Like…why am I not bigger? Well, sometimes I need to be much smaller to help all the humans here, and it can be quite frightening to see me at such a size.” Sunder explained. The Kobold was just staring at Sunder the whole time with a look of pure awe on its face.
Sunder was a bit curious about how the Kobold knew of him, and his larger size. “Uh, how did you know I can be bigger? Do you have a name little guy?”
“No name. Old dragon no give names to Kobold. But you new dragon. Watch you for many seasons. No find where old dragon go, or other kobolds, but good to have new dragon to serve.” The Kobold was pretty articulate and seemed ready and willing to do anything Sunder asked of him.
After discussing the Kobold’s past for a bit, they went to the last place the Kobold remembered where the “old dragon” was. Deep inside a mountain, it was found that there were bones and fossils of a big dragon, maybe about 100 feet tall and 400 feet long. There were also countless other kobold fossils found during the exploration. The living Kobold looked a bit upset at the revelation that no one is left.
Sunder sat beside the kobold and put his arm around him “You ok? I know that this must be a lot to take in all at once.” The Kobold turned and just hugged what he could of Sunder, buried his face into him and started to sob a bit.
“N-n-new dragon *sob* pro-protect me?” Seeing the bones of his friends and family must have convinced him that he’s next.
Sunder fully embraced his new Kobold buddy, making sure to hold him nice and tight. “Absolutely! I’ll protect you, and even have a ton of friends and family who will protect you too!” Sunder thought for a moment, “But I think you'll need a name, how about we call you Comet?”
“C-comet?” The Kobold was still fighting through some tears.
While Sunder was embracing Comet, he felt familiar energy in Comet. There was his own magic, along with traces of the time magic of King Ker. Comet must have been trapped in time, but seemed to absorb some astral power while Sunder fixed up the planet over a few thousand years.
“Come Comet, let me introduce you to some great people who would love to meet you!” Sunder was excited to bring someone new back to the rest of the crew.
