This is Yumeio, the Enta Guardian of Dreams, like Ruga is the Guardian of Nightmares :3
He is known for being a kindhearted person, though he tends to get flustered easily… but despite that, he is skilled in controlling the dreams of other people, while his rival Ruga eats the bad dreams, yet despite being rivals to each other, Yumeio doesn’t see Ruga as a downright malicious enemy, as he moreso sees him as the opposite side of the same coin as Yumeio himself, as they keep the dream plane in a balanced state, when they coexist that is
