And here's one panel of the encounter that soured Leo and Donnie's opinion of tagger. So after the events of the movie, the turtles are trying to be proactive in preventing more disasters like what the Krang did. So Donnie invents a scanner to pick up on areas and objects with unusual amounts of mystic energy. This leads them to a small chest being sold in a market in the mystic city. But before they can secure it, Tagger buys it and does not give it up when asked. This leads to a big chase, where Tagger eventually gets away with the box.
