Hi everyone, I need some help
I want to set up commissions, but my PayPal account—which I opened via the web version—shows that I supposedly have an "Only Send" account. However, there's no mention of this in the PayPal app on my phone.
If anyone is willing to try sending money to my account (JUST TRY, DON’T ACTUALLY SEND IT!), and then let me know if it's possible to send money to my account, I’d really appreciate it. Send me a message in Notes if you'd like to help (I'll post my PayPal email address there)!

It does show you can only receive friends and family payments so maybe that is what they mean. Here is what it shows me …
