I'd redraw his idea of this theme and I draw him as a kitsune for the anthro alternative

Based on his concept idea of this characters :

 Ryuumajin as a rebel leader who sometimes polite and wise

 maxima as a street fighter who always bad in the attitude but he's care to his friends

 wolfmaster (Fehry) as a ninja who serious and cool

 foster-tony as a samurai who sometimes looking for a fuss and careless

The kitsune as a blue mage and good strategist who acts cautiously
