While Gummiestbear's Dravak is a talented Geneticist with the power to create and propagate borderline superpowers, he's kept in check by his tendency to pursue simple ends which he finds funny, rather than anything more nefarious.

Utatul appreciates his work in gene science, but is more mixed on the ultimate outcomes.

At least it was just a snowball, rather than a lightning bolt, or a fireball.
