To start with, update is BIG and affects the whole workflow.
In short TLDR - I want to change my work rails from 99% fetish commissions to lore.
...but that is not enough info, right? So, no TLDR, best to read.
Now, not-TLDR.
I am, initially, a concept designer and lore-craft specialist from gamedev. Even worked there officially. I exit to create.
Yet alas, nowadays we are forced to sell ourselves in a form of time and efforts to get $. No $ - no water, power and food on table. And got help you if you get an aching tooth.
And this is what I've been doing for more than 10 years by now - I was providing. Making you, people, happy, I hope)
I offered almost the lowest price in the market with high enough quality. Won't include links to avoid mud bath, but you can easily google some prices and see...
Not trying to diminish others, just a comparison. You know at whom to look)
And not to mention all the freebies, Regulars high-quality, free fixes, not taking money first, never increasing prices (for 10 years)... and other things that you won't even find in the market these days. I mean, go ahead, try)
I did what I could.
And never been myself.
For whole last year I never even touched my owl lore illustrations. I literally did nothing and wrote nothing, only worked on commissions.
I have nothing against it, but I am not a... money-making robot. I don't need "much", I need "enough". And piling up cash will only let me get a pretty awesome headstone in several years (in my country you can't invest for passive income, I can just cosplay a real life dragon by laying on a pile of coins).
Perhaps... it is enough. I want my lore to live longer, than me, not an archive of fetish works.
And thus, I wish to turn rails of my work from fetish-fetish-fetish - to my lore, the "Wretched Sun".

That does not mean I am not willing to include commissions and community bonuses, same as before) And I'll have another Patreon account, to keep things separated. Current one will be left to rest.
Problem is - how to make those happen and what to include for community rewards...
Here are some thoughts that I have so far:
First - I will be taking commissions as before, but now I will be doing 1-2 per week, not 4-5. Rest is for lorework.
Commissions are same ToS as before, I will be taking same themes, including fetish art, is fine.

Second - I might have to increase price a little, but not much. And I don't want to act "1000$+ per a commission" - and then be free for a whole month. Quality over quantity!
Third - those, who were with me long enough on my current Patreon, will get a small life-long discount as a token of my honest appreciation for your prolonged support)
Fourth - I won't be able to give away huge discounts as I do now (up to 50% price, come on! Nothing in the world has discounts like that nowadays!)), because people will stick around exclusively to get cheap high-quality art (some are in there still). Not cool...
Fifth - I will still scribble some "spicy" stuff from time to time anyway, because I like it). And will keep this server alive for that, to share said stuff and non-Lore materials separately.
I am pretty sure 85% of whole current community and 95% of whole audience are into "Imma lovin dem pawbzies lel %-9", but is respected, it's a market, no hard feelings.

Is set up in vary basics and is to be adjusted in Tiers. So don't judge by scarce offering. Pretty much exactly what I need to brainstorm right now and why I asked for community help (aka you).
❗ If you choose to support me further - subscribe to a BASIC level for now due to I am not yet sure what exactly to include to higher Tiers - and you don't want to overpay for something that is not quite yet there. DO NOT subscribe to old one, is to be buried with honor.
Obviously, support only if you wish. If you were here only for fetish art or cheap catch on commissions - well, it's market, is respected, no hard feelings.
🔸 Third: do not worry about your on-going commissions - I will finish the remaining queue at FORMER price as if you are still active, despite your decision on future support.
I don't see it fair to instantly rise a price on something that is already in the queue.

Is done for not to increase the basic price and to avoid people floating in exclusively to get a cheap commission. And even with that I will still include discounts to higher Tiers as one of the boons.
🔸 Fifth: I will center on lore work. But will still be taking commissions - will just be making 1-2 per week, not 4-6 as I did for ~ten years. So you get what you wish, I work on what I want - and everyone are happy.
🔸 Six: I will keep the current Discord server as both old hub of art and a place for people to hang out, because why not. Also, I will still be doing some odd scribbles and non-lore things that I will keep separate from actual lore-related community - and it will go here.

It will become my main and will be the centre of my work. It is NOT FETISH-ORIENTED, it is lore-oriented, keep in mind! And is public, so it's not just "furry pawbz server lel".
🔸 Eight: new Patreon rewards will include lore-related wips, alts, any private paterials (spicy too), gamedev early access and wips, mild commission discounts - but I MUCH-MUCH-MUCH ask for your input and ideas on what else to include to make it lucrative for community.
It is easy to set up that stuff for fetish and commissions-oriented workflow, but way more tricky with more personal directions.
Freebies are questionable for now, due to that mean 1-2 comms +1 freebie per week... and I end up with ~4 commissions weekly again with less background support. Might as well just stay where I am, which is opposite of the goal.
...it's... a little odd to let a garden you tended for many years go to rest.
Yet from ash of one comes another. I will finally brush off dust from my tongue and mind, will finally polish gilded etching of my stories and remember how to weave a fairy-tale.

I'm glad to hear that you're able to give your world and stories their time to grow, I've always been impressed by the intense feelings and detail/complexity of the work on WretchedSun. I'd used 'Heavens' Veil' as a wallpaper for a long time, something about it just hums with life.
I'm sorry not to be able to really support on the pateron, but I'll be keeping an eye on that discord - thank you for sharing so much of your work publicly all these years.

I've shifted my support more to the Wretch Sun, but retained some support on Red Tabernacle, so that way the set balance remains as such. While I did come for the fetish stuff, I also respect your feelings as I understand them for feeling them myself at times. As long as we can continue to work together on occasion in the future, what you feel is best for you, that is important to me, too.

Given the quality of your work, you have every right to raise your prices.
As for developing a universe, it’s really hard to do it alone—I know from personal experience. I still have “some map,” “some lists of names,” “some bestiaries,” and “some backstory” lying around. So I wish you strength and lots of inspiration!
Also, I use your work as references in my own models, for which I want to say a huge thank you!
