I made this as a way to give people who are just starting to draw or have some trouble with proportion something to refer to. This isn't meant to be a tutorial at all, but rather something of a guide.
These are proportions based on what I've learned over the years, either from a book or things that I've just picked up along the way. I'm not trying to say that this is how it should be, but if anyone is able to take something away from this, then I'm happy. Hopefully almost everyone will learn something, even if it's something minor.
Also, I drew the human head along with the anthro head to sort of demonstrate that, in most cases, they're both about the same. So, maybe if you're having trouble drawing one, but are fine with the other, it might help to see both. I realized, while working on a project, during my brief time in college that humans and most other mammals have very similar bone structures.
Anyway, if anyone wants to ask any questions, be it a question about proportions or anatomy, or just to clarify something on here, feel free to ask. I'll answer as best I can.

I will say this, too. Basically what I was trying to demonstrate with this, is that just about everything can either be broken down into geometric shapes, or divided into equal parts and measured using other parts of the body as guides. At least for non-realistic drawing. Realistic drawing still has a lot of the same BASIC principles and proportions, but of course, is not quite so simple.
Here is when I thought I was hot shit...
toddlergirl not only commented on my stupid tutorial... she was the first! How about that shit!?
She was already more popu;ar than I was at the time and... I mean, really, who hasn't heard of her at this point? I'd say 'check her out,' but you already know who she is.
Er... for real, though... I still follow these guidelines for almost all of my drawings... I know what I'm talking about, I promise~
