Another year, another appreciation of my favorite Dragon-Type Pokémon! It may not have received a Mega Evolution but it has its own special day, so that works for me. Had to work overtime on this because I underestimated how long it'd take to me to actually finish this (I've been doodling way too much). Definitely refreshing to put a lot more effort into drawings but I gotta brush up on it some more haha.
