Mags <3s you

This is kind of an interesting benchmark for some adjustments to Mags's design
-I've returned his rebreathers to pucks rather than bricks
-His nose usually has this sort of feather crest now, which is still flat on top, but has some pseudo-nostril vents
-His eyes can be pupil-less, and his mask can have these slits that resemble eyelashes (but is totally that thing they do on Digimon)
-His antlers are heavily simplified, and are based on a sort of halo-like circle rather than triangular branches
-His hair and feathers is replaced with a kind of stylized smoke, which matches his tail
-His hands match his wings now, with white palms with black fingertips
