A watercolor painting I did for fun from one of my favorite games. This particular game inspired me to learn more about watercolor painting in general. For this painting in particular, I wanted to try to focus more on the softness of the watercolors.
I have a tendency to work with rather saturated colors, so I thought this subject matter would make for good practice. I'm working on exploring the translucency of the medium, as well as painting in more 'soft' layers.
