Hi! Some time ago I posted an unfinished reference of Kivaro, and now I’m finally getting close to finishing this set.
Soon I’ll start releasing the adopts. They won’t all come out at once, I’ll be posting them one by one, and each of them will be sold in an auction format.

Story below ↓
Scar ruled long enough to see what his children would become and to begin breaking one of them.
Kivaro was the firstborn and was always seen as the future heir, but it quickly became clear that he was unstable. He craved approval, lashed out, and hesitated when strength was required. Scar did not cast him aside right away. Instead, he chose to “fix” him. He isolated Kivaro, kept him from the hunts, and forced him to watch from a distance as others succeeded, especially Imara. At times he would pressure him, at times offer brief approval, only to humiliate him again. Eventually, Kivaro stopped understanding what was expected of him and began to break.
Imara, meanwhile, grew apart from all of this. He was neither favored nor trained, largely because of his appearance, his fiery mane was too reminiscent of Mufasa. Yet he grew stronger on his own, calm, controlled, and precise. The more evident that became, the more it angered Scar.
The turning point came during a hunt. Kivaro made another mistake and ruined the moment. Imara stepped in and finished what he could not. The pride saw it. Afterward, Kivaro snapped. He attacked Imara, not as part of training, but in desperation, trying to prove he was still stronger. The fight ended quickly. Imara pinned him down. Scar intervened only after it was already over and then turned on Kivaro himself. That was when he gave him his scar, making it clear to the entire pride exactly what he thought of him.
After that, Kivaro changed. He grew quieter, colder, and no longer tried to prove himself openly. Then came the moment no one could control. Simba killed Scar.
After his death, the pride fell apart, and Zira led them into the Outlands. There, she did what Scar never had in life. She named an heir. Not Kivaro. She chose Imara.
Kivaro was given a place, but not power. He remained close to the throne he had always believed was his, yet could no longer reach. Everything he had been through did not disappear. It simply settled deeper, quieter, and far more dangerous.
