my submission for 
's contest.
scene: a long abandoned military laboratory. realizing his captors will not soon return, the crux escapes his restraints & wanders the lab in search of an exit. briefly considering rescuing this specimen.
i suppose in the spirit of this submission, it was VERY experimental for me. not one thing i did here was something i had tried before. i used new teqniques for coloring, shading, & lining with varying degrees of sucess. i only wish i had more time on this. i really rushed to get it done before the deadline & i think it shows.
