It may be April Fools but im not making any jokes when i say this is my biggest Pokémon OC yet! (Well that ive posted the full design of.)


This is Kylie Vertitan and she comes a long line of performers hailing from a far away region. Back in her home region, her family performed their tricks to entertain anyone. They charged more wealthy customers a hefty fee but for poorer families, they'd even do it for free.

Her family were doing the best they ever did back then and everyone loved it. She was pampered, and well treated given most things she asked for. She was even thought the tools of the family business. It was all going well.

Until one day, a group of rich human investors came and bought out most venues that they would perform in for their larger payouts. Due to those investors, they pushed for more famous talent than the local talent, so her family got less and less gigs. It came to a head when the anthromon and other local talents, humans and pokémon, came together to protest it.

The protest became violent quickly and ended up injuring Kylie's father who couldn't perform his acts as well anymore. And in the end, it caused her family to lose all of their wealth and fall into poverty as they struggled to find any work in the region. That's when Kylie's mother and father found jobs in the Paldea region, where her father now works an office job and her mother works at a restaurant. Which left Kylie alone at home most of the time.

Their jobs paid well but... nothing like they used to have. The jobs they found both are at Levincia, one of the cities with higher rent in the Paldea region.

Kylie grew more and more resentful as she grew up annoyed that she saw her parents less and less, and that they lost the life they were living. She's angry because now she had to make brand new friends in a region she's unfamilar in. She doesn't want to make new friends, she wants to go back home. Do note, at the time this happened she was already a teenager

She absolutely hates where she is, wanting nothing to do with the rich human pricks that she goes to school with, who would bully her relentlessly. At this time, she was slim fit but not very strong. But the relentless bullying made her decide to want to fight back. And so. That's when she heard and looked into getting a mysterious plant that only grows in the Paldea Region,

Herba Mystica.

Herba Mystica isn't illegal to grow or own, however, it's heavily regulamented within Anthromon/Human shared Settlements for 1 simple reason:

It makes Anthromon grow to insane sizes, and this isnt Galar.

So Kylie basically found a way to get seeds legally and then illegally grow her own supply. However, she wouldn't share it with anyone as she didn't want trouble. So the years pass and she consumes herba mystica practically every single day. Which made her, even as a sprigatito, quite large. And also quite frightening to look at. And with her new look, she terrorizes those she sees as underneath her and uses her increased strength as a forceful bargaining chip.

This boosted her confidence tenfold and she was now known for trash talking everyone and anyone who weren't her family. And what sucked the most about it is

that's she actually really funny.

Now you may wonder how the hell did she become that big if im talking about her as a sprigatito, well sorry to say that all of that is spoilers for the Paldean Arc of the Fan comic so i can't go further than this

There's a bit more to her but well i rather people as more than just give the whole story outta the gate
But for a final thing, she's apart of the Apex Alliance's Paldea Division
